Hi I’m Pip!

I’m a personal trainer and fitness instructor, based in Reading, who loves the way being active and living a healthy lifestyle makes my mind and body feel.  I want to pass on this feeling, and all the other fantastic benefits exercise and a healthy lifestyle can bring, to other women whatever their starting point. 

I run popular ladies only weekly fitness classes, PipFit Circuits and BoxFit, at Aldergrove School in Shinfield.  Sessions are meticulously planned and varied to help you stay committed and really enjoy your training.

I also offer 1:1 personal training sessions from my well equipped home gym in Finchampstead.

As well as your body feeling fitter and stronger, exercise and the right nutrition can leave you feeling much more confident, increase your self-esteem and energy levels, improve productivity and sleep quality and make you feel genuinely proud of yourself.

Having been a PE teacher for 17 years I have a wealth of experience in getting the best out of every individual and my underlying aim is for every one of my valued clients to ‘REALISE YOUR POTENTIAL’.

Whatever your fitness level or previous experience, whatever your goal, I love to help ladies enjoy a more positive life as a result of regular exercise.
