PipFit Circuits is weekly ladies only exercise class offering a wide variety of cardio and strength exercises.

We use lots of different equipment to enhance your training and enable you to become fitter and stronger.  Each of the exercises can be adapted to be more or less challenging so rest assured you can work at your own pace and at whatever level is right for you.  And the music is always BANGING!

There is always a really positive atmosphere and supportive environment.  This is not your typical ‘cliquey’ exercise class. I understand that starting a new class and activity can be intimidating and overwhelming. I strive to make all clients feel comfortable, welcomed and valued so everyone can reach their potential.

Let me introduce you to weight training in a safe environment where you don’t have to do any of the planning or thinking. Total beginners to experienced lifters welcome!

PipFit is unique because the underlying tone is women supporting women, motivating one another, cheering each other on and building one another up.  Genuinely.  I think when new PipFitters join they are surprised by how friendly and welcoming the girl gang are!  We were all new once!

Each station is clear and easy to follow, you can’t ‘get it wrong’ and if you need a little bit of extra clarification I am very hands on to give extra demonstrations and reassurance.  If you need more support you’re not ‘making a fuss’ but trying to get the most out of your workout which I admire!

No previous experience is needed as I demonstrate each station and every exercise has a clear instruction card with it. 

Whatever your starting point, I’ve got your back!

You’ll soon become familiar with the style of exercises and start to see a real improvement in your technique, strength and stamina if you attend regularly.

I cap class numbers so I can really get to know my clients and ensure that exercises are being executed safely.  I try to enhance technique by giving tips and pointers where necessary.

A typical session starts with a short aerobic warm up followed by 30 stations (each station has a different exercise) each lasting for 45 seconds with 25 seconds rest. The time really flies by and you’ll leave feeling empowered and proud of yourself.

New ladies are ALWAYS welcome so put PipFit in your diary and commit some time to make a positive change to your health and fitness.
