Personal Training is a fantastic way to learn how to weight train safely and effectively which will ultimately lead to a stronger and healthier you.  My truly client centered service will enable you to make significant progress whatever your starting point.  I can educate you to get the most out of the effort you put in and support you every step of the way to reach your goals.

1:1 training really allows me to focus on correct technique and educate you so that ultimately you feel confident and knowledgeable enough to train independently.  I can provide you with the motivation, encouragement and accountability you need whether you’re an experienced lifter or a total beginner.

During our sessions we can talk through nutrition and healthy habits that will enhance your training.  My overwhelming desire is for clients to have a positive association with training and nutrition, create a strong mindset and healthy habits and then enjoy the ripple effect that all of these positive actions have on their whole life.

I train clients in my own gym in Three Mile Cross, Reading. The gym is well equipped with high quality equipment including Multi-Functional Cable machine, a wide range of dumbbells, ladies Olympic barbell and bumper plates, squat rack, bench, TRX and a variety of accessories such as kettlebells and resistance bands.

1hr 1:1 session £44

8 x 1hr 1:1 sessions £320 (£40 p/hr)

8 x 1hr Paired sessions £184 per person (£23 pp p/hr)
